1. Acceptance
By using FotoLari you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
FotoLari matches your FotoYu photos to your Strava activities, applies templates, and helps you export or publish images. The app is currently in development; features may change.
3. Payments
AI-enhanced photos cost Rp 5.000 per picture, paid per photo with no subscription. FotoYu image purchases made through FotoLari are 80% off.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or resell exports in violation of FotoYu's and Strava's own terms. You are responsible for the photos you process and share.
5. Third-party services
FotoLari integrates with Strava, FotoYu, and Instagram. Your use of those services remains subject to their respective terms.
6. Intellectual property
Your photos remain yours. Template designs and the FotoLari brand are our property.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, FotoLari is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
